We have an odd tendency to give up for the day when our partner succeeds.
He sent. This day belongs to him. I’ll wait my turn and give it hell next time.
But success in climbing is not a zero-sum game. In fact, it’s the opposite.
If he sent his project, then temps are probably good.
Or the wind is just right.
If nothing else, your partner is psyched and full of good energy.
There is no success limit for a single day unless we choose to believe there is.
Celebrate his send.
Then jump on the train.
