If this were a screenplay, what would the audience think of my character right now?
This is a useful tactic when we find ourselves engaged in a conflict with another person. When we remain within ourselves, emotions cloud our thinking and make it difficult to judge our own behavior.
When we look from outside, things are more clear.
Oooh, the audience doesn’t like me very much. They think I’m being rude and unfair.
Knowing this, how will we write the rest of the screenplay to make the audience like us again?
