How would it look if you were dead?

Imagine you’ve passed on: face down in the mud, the breath gone out of your body.

How do your worries look from this perspective? They look different, don’t they?

Practice doing this every day, or at least when you’re stressed.

It sounds morbid, but you’ll become free.
