Human relationships, particularly romantic ones, are among the most complex and dynamic challenges we navigate in our everyday lives.
Each of us is unique, and we change. What feels great today might not feel good tomorrow.
Sometimes this means we should walk away.
Before we do so, we should remind ourselves that the best things in life still follow the rules: challenge will always find us.
Patience.
Humility.
Communication.
Respect.
These things go a long way towards counteracting the dips. Difficult to practice, and always worth the effort.
We humans have been falling in and out of love for a very long time. But we won’t be running out of material to sing about anytime soon.
