When it comes to climbers, I haven’t met many whose problem is not doing enough work.
Especially among the psyched, those that read blogs and articles and desperately want to get better, the opposite seems to be true.
Always working hard, always adding more volume.
But if improving was as simple as adding more climbing/training/suffering, we’d never plateau.
When in doubt, rest.
It’s the hardest thing for most climbers to do. And often, it’s the most important thing we’re neglecting.
