Training plans and recipes

The hard part about training isn’t finding a plan, it’s following it. 

First, follow the plan exactly as written. Only then can you change ingredients and see what works best for you. 

It’s a lot like cooking—once you’ve followed the recipe, you can turn the recipe into insight, and use that insight to guide yourself forward.
