Having a goal

I’m happiest and feel the best when I take good care of myself.

For me that means:

Making time for connection and community,

Getting plenty of quality sleep,

Meditating each morning,

Eating whole-foods,

Writing posts,


The list goes on and on.

For me, having a goal makes all of these things easier. 

And most of the time these goals just appear. 

I’ve learned the hard way, however, that the rest of the time, it’s well worth the effort to seek a new goal or to make something up on my own.
